The StartupAUS 2018 Crossroads Report is considered the definitive guide to Australia’s tech startup sector. 
The fifth instalment in the annual report was released in December 2018.
Crossroads provides an in-depth analysis of Australia’s startup ecosystem and the barriers to growth in the sector. It then provides 10 recommendations addressing Government incentives, legislation and initiatives that will support the continued growth of the sector.
The perfect accompaniment to Crossroads is StartupAUS’ Talent Gap Report. Released soon after Crossroads, the Talent Gap Report identified critical skills gap in the startup sector. Coders, startup focused sales roles and UX designers were identified as current shortages. Further to this, emerging skills gaps are predicted for product managers and data scientists.
