Ashleigh is the Communications and Project Support Officer at RDA Northern Rivers, where she manages the organisation's website, newsletters and social media and provides project support for The Welcome Experience program - helping attract, settle and retain essential workers across the region.
Before joining RDA Northern Rivers, Ashleigh spent almost eight years as a Digital Account Manager for a local agency managing a portfolio of up to 13 clients across web, SEO, SEM, email and social media. She has a particular passion for supporting small and regional businesses. Helping them improve visibility, build trust with their audience, and grow with confidence in an ever-changing digital landscape.
At the heart of Ashleigh's approach is human-centered content: practical, creative marketing with solid technical foundations, and a strong belief that consistency across platforms is what builds genuine trust. Always curious and community minded, she's passionate about connecting the Northern Rivers' people, industry and opportunities with the wider world.
