Felismina Jom
After completing a Bachelor of Business, Felismina began her career in Management Consulting, specialising in people and change management within IT projects. She then co-founded and ran a Sydney-based digital agency, delivering web-based solutions in the early to mid-2000s. Following her move to the Northern Rivers, Felismina worked as a small business advisor, supporting enterprises across the Coffs Coast, Northern Rivers and Gold Coast regions.Felismina now manages projects for Regional Development Australia Northern Rivers including the Live Northern Rivers liveability website, the EmpowerHER Mentor Program and the Our Northern Rivers Photography Competition.
