On 13 February 2014, the NBN Panel of Experts released a Regulatory Framing Paper to take soundings from the industry and the public on key factors that should be considered for a new broadband regulatory framework, to ensure Australians have access to fast and affordable broadband, and that maximise efficiency, choice and innovation.
